Find out the answers to our frequently asked questions in preparation for your stay at the Cairn Hotel Edinburgh.
Check-in at Cairn Edinburgh is 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in and late check-out options are available at an extra cost but are subject to availability.
Limited, first-come, first served parking is available. Ask upon arrival. at reception to check space and to book. Alternative parking is available at the omni centre car park which offers 20% discount when staying with the hotel.
You need to follow the pre-book instructions on their webpage and you will be asked to fill in your vehicle registration number and this will enable the barrier to open for you. You can enter and exit as many times as you like during the pre-booked period without the need for any tickets.

From the A1, head towards the city centre, Windsor Street is between the B1350 and the A900, housing our 18th century property. Limited parking is available on-site, and there is additional parking available at the multi-storey Q-Park car park.

Our closest train station is Edinburgh Waverley, just ten minutes’ walk from our luxurious facilities, with connections to all major UK cities.
Unfortunately, our hotel and apartments are not accessible for wheelchair users.
WiFi is available throughout the hotel at no extra cost.
